Resolved -
We have made a configuration change and added some additional diagnostics to the environment. The issue has not occurred again since 12:39pm central time today. Additional information on interruptions are outlined below:
Update -
Intermittent outages are being observed in the US SaaS Production environment.
We have seen similar symptoms occurring today (April 15th, 2024) but they are not as severe or widespread as the symptoms from Friday. We are still investigating.
