US Hosted Prod - Outage
Incident Report for Archer Cloud
Resolved
On January 10th, web services started to become non-responsive in the US Hosted Production
environment between 10:31PM UTC and 10:33pm UTC. This resulted in a brief downtime from
10:33pm UTC and 10:35pm UTC as services recovered automatically. This issue self-resolved
within minutes.

What Happened
10/JAN/2023: 10:31PM UTC Web services begin failing
10/JAN/2023: 10:33PM UTC On call engineer acknowledges alerts
10/JAN/2023: 10:35PM UTC Issue self resolves, Archer is available

What Are We Doing About This
We have evaluated stack traces and logs to determine root cause, however, additional
information is needed to debug the cause. This is the first and only time this issue has occurred
in our environments, and we are working to add additional logging capabilities into the
environment to better capture forensic evidence in the event this issue occurs again.
